Parking

Promenade Parking Garage ($15) is accessible from Pine Avenue between Seaside Way and Shoreline Drive.

Terrace Theater Parking Garage ($15) is accessible from Collins Way, between Ocean Boulevard and Seaside Way.


Directions

From Los Angeles International Airport (map)

  • Take the San Diego Freeway (405) south to the Long Beach Freeway (710).
  • Go south on the Long Beach Freeway to the Downtown Exits. (710 then becomes Shoreline Drive).
  • Follow Shoreline Drive to Linden Avenue and into the parking lot, or as advised by directional signage.

From Long Beach Airport (map)

  • Take Lakewood Boulevard south to the San Diego Freeway (405).
  • Take the San Diego Freeway (405) north to the Long Beach Freeway (710).
  • Go south on the Long Beach Freeway to the Downtown Exits. (710 then becomes Shoreline Drive).
  • Follow Shoreline Drive to Linden Avenue and into the parking lot, or as advised by directional signage.

From the John Wayne (Orange County) Airport (map)

  • Take the San Diego Freeway (405) north to the Long Beach Freeway (710).
  • Go south on the Long Beach Freeway to the Downtown Exits. (710 then becomes Shoreline Drive).
  • Follow Shoreline Drive to Linden Avenue and into the parking lot or as advised by directional signage.

From Southern Orange County (map)

  • Take the Santa Ana Freeway (5) north to the San Diego Freeway (405).
  • Take the San Diego Freeway (405) north to the Long Beach Freeway (710).
  • Go south on the Long Beach Freeway to the Downtown Exits. (710 then becomes Shoreline Drive).
  • Follow Shoreline Drive to Linden Avenue and into the parking lot or as advised by directional signage.

From North Orange County and The Valleys (map)

  • San Gabriel & Pomona Valleys take the Orange Freeway (57) or San Gabriel Freeway (605) to the Riverside Freeway (91) to the Long Beach Freeway (710).
  • Go south on the Long Beach Freeway to the Downtown Exits. (710 then becomes Shoreline Drive).
  • Follow Shoreline Drive to Linden Avenue and into the parking lot or as advised by directional signage.

Public Transportation

Metro Link (Light Rail)

  • Take the Metro Blue Line, L.A.'s first light rail transit system which runs from 7th Street in Downtown L.A., to downtown Long Beach.
  • Bicycles are allowed on Metro Rail with some restrictions during peak hours.

Long Beach Transit (City Bus)

  • The city's public transportation services are available for only $1.25, per one-way fare.
  • In addition to the Convention Center, Long Beach Transit links links you up with local destinations such as Belmont Shore, Alamitos Bay and Cal State Long Beach.
