- 5 line (east and west bound)
- Exit at Fulton & Clayton
- Walk up stairs to campus
- Continue up stairs and uphill to campus
- Turn right at University Center building to McLaren Lobby
- 5R(Rapid) line
- Westbound: exit at Fulton & Shrader
- Cross the street on Fulton to the church side and enter campus
- Keep straight on from the main walkway of campus to the McLaren Lobby
- Eastbound: exit at Fulton & Parker
- Turn towards the church behind the bus stop
- Cross the street on Parker and enter campus
- Keep straight on from the main walkway of campus to the McLaren Lobby
- Westbound: exit at Fulton & Shrader
- 31 line (east and west bound):
- Exit at Turk & Roselyn Terrace
- Walk downhill on Roselyn Terrace until you hit the War Memorial Gym on Golden Gate Ave
- Walk straight ahead up the road through campus on the right of the gym to the McLaren lobby for check in
- 43 line (east and west bound):
- Exit at Masonic & Fulton
- Catch 5/5R bus from Fulton & Masonic
- OR
- Walk up hill on right side of Fulton to stairs on Fulton & Clayton
- Continue up stairs and uphill to campus
- Turn right at University Center building to McLaren Lobby

- From the East Bay via BART
- Take any San Francisco-bound train to Powell Street.
- Exit the station and go to the Muni bus stop at Fifth and Market streets.
- Take the 5 Fulton or 31 Balboa to USF.

- From the Peninsula and South Bay via Caltrain
- Take any San Francisco-bound train and exit at the San Francisco station at 4th and Townsend streets.
- Go to the Muni bus stop at the southwest corner of 4th and Townsend.
- Take the 47 Van Ness to Van Ness and McAllister.
- From the northwest corner of McAllister and Van Ness take the 5 Fulton to USF.
