UCLA Diversity Forum Canceled

Dear University Colleagues,

Given the rapidly changing nature of the novel coronavirus, the campus leadership from UCLA, UC Office of the President, and CSU Office of the Chancellor have collectively decided to cancel the California Forum for Diversity in Graduate Education at UCLA on April 18, 2020. Although there are no confirmed cases at UCLA, this decision has been made out of an abundance of caution and the best interest for public health and safety. While we are sad to share this unfortunate news, health and safety are a top priority and will always come first.

On behalf of the planning committee, we thank you for your understanding and support of the Diversity Forum and our students. Information will be shared in the days to come regarding refunds and credits for future Diversity Forums. We apologize for any inconvenience this decision may have caused.

Chair, Southern Forum Planning Committee
